Natalia Boa Vista (Eva La Rue) and Ryan Wolfe (Jonathan Togo) don’t know it when they enter a meth lab, but their lives are in jeopardy on tonight's episode of "CSI: Miami." Will Horatio Caine (David Caruso) be able to save them? The criminals behind a ring of meth labs have booby trapped all the locations in order to prevent law enforcement from entering the premises and gathering evidence that could be used against them in court. Natalia and Ryan don't know that, and when they enter the lab, the facility detonates. "In an earlier sequence, we find the debris of another explosion — a clock and a timing device. So we realize they're possibly all booby trapped. I get to this one a little bit late, but we're able to extract Natalia from the situation," David tells ET.

Horatio Caine (David Caruso) requests that Las Vegas CSI Ray Langston (Laurence Fishburne) come to Miami when a severed leg found in the Everglades is traced back to a girl who went missing in Las Vegas a week earlier. Tonight’s episode of "CSI: Miami" is the first of a three-part story that takes Langston from Miami to New York and back to Las Vegas. "[It is about] human trafficking girls who are forced into prostitution," Fishburne tells ET. "Their organs are harvested. They have to become surrogate moms. They get transported across the country on the interstate."
