A specially prepared Ford Mustang visited 37 repair shops in three Canadian cities for the correction of a simple problem. According to the APA, the study which was funded by Industry Canada’s Office of Consumer Affairs, is the most extensive consumer investigation of auto repairs in Canada to date.
