Paparazzi Henry’s Star Encounters 4/14/09 The Derek Hough/ Mark Ballas Band performed with special guest, Lil Kim... "THE GROVE"------------------- Many of your "Dancing with the Stars" celebrities were in the house. TONY DOVOLANI - Tony made many girls happy by taking photos with them. KARINA SMIRNOFF and MAKSIM CHMERKOVSKIY - Gorgeous Karina and her fiance Maks made their fans night by taking photo-ops. I asked Karina when they will tie the knot. Karina: "We're taking our time, we're not in a rush." She said she will miss Steve-O, as he was funny and charming. TOM BERGERON DEREK HOUGH and SHANNON ELIZABETH - The happy couple walked hand-in-hand to the stage and Shannon said she was excited to see Lil' Kim perform. MARK BALLAS - Mark was with his smiling girlfriend and said hello before heading to the stage. LANCE BASS - With his boyfriend. LIL' KIM - The rapper made her way to the concert area, JULIANNE HOUGH and CHUCK WICKS - The cool couple were all smiles...not at all unusual for them! KIM KARDASHIAN - The one and only Kim made an appearance. She signed some autographs and joined the crowd to watch the concert. LACEY SCHWIMMER - Had a blast SHAWN JOHNSON - Happy, but a bit subdued. KIM KARDASHIAN - Relaxed and enjoyed the performance. LIL' KIM - Jumped onto the stage to rock out with Derek and Mark. LANCE BASS and LACEY SCHWIMMER - Took off on foot after the show. KARINA SMIRNOFF and MAKSIM CHMERKOVSKIY - I asked Maks how lucky he is to have Karina? Maks: "I am the luckiest!' I told him that he has the ultimate trophy...his lovely lady, Karina! Maks: "That's why I am content with my Dancing with the Stars trophy...she's right here! They took more photos with their admirers and Karina declared that she appreciates her fans a lot. JULIANNE HOUGH and CHUCK WICKS - The smiling couple were not with their cute puppy tonight. Julianne said she left the little dog at home. LIL' KIM and DEREK HOUGH - After their performance, the DWTS team hung out. SHANNON ELIZABETH - I commented that her guy Derek did a great job tonight. Shannon: "He was amazing!" LIL' KIM - The popular rapper and DWTS celebrity was giddy with delight at the great reception she received from the crowd. CHELSIE HIGHTOWER - I asked lovely Chelsie what her secret is to staying on the show week after week. Chelsie: "Don't suck!" She added that the fans keep her and her partner on and are amazing and awesome. I suggested that she get up on stage next time and sing. Chelsie: "I'm going to stick to what I'm good at!' Yes, she's a great dancer, for sure! "KOI"------------- DAVID WEINTRAUB - Working hard, hard, hard. MARIA CONCHITA ALONSO - I asked the actress what she had for dinner. Maria: "Sake." She said to watch her in the upcoming Lifetime movie, "Maneater." I enquired if she is the maneater. She said that would be her daughter in the movie. MEXICAN ACTRESS - The beaming lady left with a guy in a car. I tried to find out what her name is, but was unsuccessful. That's the latest, Henry.

We have your "Dancing" scoop!This coming Monday night, SHANNON ELIZABETH and DEREK HOUGH will tackle the samba when they take to the ballroom floor for the "Dancing with the Stars" competition. But first, the dancing pair interview each other for ET! Derek, who injured his neck last week during rehearsals, asked, "When I went to the hospital, did you think you were going to have to get another partner?" To which Shannon replied, "I didn't really think I would have to get another partner because I know how you are. You are pretty stubborn and hardheaded and you would do anything you could to get back out there. I was telling the truth when I said I wish you would recover rather than push yourself and come back because you thought I wanted you to. I would rather you heal properly and I would just dance with somebody I couldn't win the same with."

Derek Hough has been working with Joanna Krupa on mastering the basic technique of the waltz in preparation for Monday night’s "Dancing with the Stars." The master chef of the dance floor told ET he is ready to "add the sizzle, the paprika, the flavor, the spices on top of it." The intense practice schedule is tiring Joanna out, but she finds the energy to carry on once she reaches the dance studio. Derek said, "It's like a marathon, except for you're not jogging. You're sprinting the entire way."
