Paparazzi Henry’s Star Encounters 4/14/09 The Derek Hough/ Mark Ballas Band performed with special guest, Lil Kim... "THE GROVE"------------------- Many of your "Dancing with the Stars" celebrities were in the house. TONY DOVOLANI - Tony made many girls happy by taking photos with them. KARINA SMIRNOFF and MAKSIM CHMERKOVSKIY - Gorgeous Karina and her fiance Maks made their fans night by taking photo-ops. I asked Karina when they will tie the knot. Karina: "We're taking our time, we're not in a rush." She said she will miss Steve-O, as he was funny and charming. TOM BERGERON DEREK HOUGH and SHANNON ELIZABETH - The happy couple walked hand-in-hand to the stage and Shannon said she was excited to see Lil' Kim perform. MARK BALLAS - Mark was with his smiling girlfriend and said hello before heading to the stage. LANCE BASS - With his boyfriend. LIL' KIM - The rapper made her way to the concert area, JULIANNE HOUGH and CHUCK WICKS - The cool couple were all smiles...not at all unusual for them! KIM KARDASHIAN - The one and only Kim made an appearance. She signed some autographs and joined the crowd to watch the concert. LACEY SCHWIMMER - Had a blast SHAWN JOHNSON - Happy, but a bit subdued. KIM KARDASHIAN - Relaxed and enjoyed the performance. LIL' KIM - Jumped onto the stage to rock out with Derek and Mark. LANCE BASS and LACEY SCHWIMMER - Took off on foot after the show. KARINA SMIRNOFF and MAKSIM CHMERKOVSKIY - I asked Maks how lucky he is to have Karina? Maks: "I am the luckiest!' I told him that he has the ultimate trophy...his lovely lady, Karina! Maks: "That's why I am content with my Dancing with the Stars trophy...she's right here! They took more photos with their admirers and Karina declared that she appreciates her fans a lot. JULIANNE HOUGH and CHUCK WICKS - The smiling couple were not with their cute puppy tonight. Julianne said she left the little dog at home. LIL' KIM and DEREK HOUGH - After their performance, the DWTS team hung out. SHANNON ELIZABETH...

Joanna Krupa and her professional partner Derek Hough go one-on-one — only for ET! The partners have a good time because they make each other laugh, so when ET asks them to interview each other, the good times roll! When Joanna asks, "What is the best thing about dancing with me?," Derek responds, "Your determination and your good work ethic. But most importantly, you are a really great person. It is like coming to work with one of my buddies. And you make me laugh when you laugh because your laugh is so contagious." Joanna reveals that her nickname for Derek is goofball, "because that is what you are. You are just a fun goofball."

Derek Hough has been working with Joanna Krupa on mastering the basic technique of the waltz in preparation for Monday night’s "Dancing with the Stars." The master chef of the dance floor told ET he is ready to "add the sizzle, the paprika, the flavor, the spices on top of it." The intense practice schedule is tiring Joanna out, but she finds the energy to carry on once she reaches the dance studio. Derek said, "It's like a marathon, except for you're not jogging. You're sprinting the entire way."

Cameras caught up with "Dancing with the Stars" pro Derek Hough and last season's fan favorite contestant Gilles Marini, now guest starring on another ABC series, "Brothers & Sisters." Great Memories Made & Relived on 'Dancing with the Stars'

With just one week to go before a new champion is crowned on "Dancing with the Stars," model Joanna Krupa and partner Derek Hough fell short of dancing on towards earning the mirror ball trophy. After the judges' scores and the viewer’s votes were tallied, the couple was honorably sent home. Following the announcement of their elimination, host Tom Bergeron asked them to perform an encore of Monday night's Viennese Waltz. Derek graciously told ET, "We couldn't have asked for a better dance to finish on. I think it was very appropriate and it was beautiful. A nice beautiful sendoff and the little bow at the end." Joanna learned from this experience, saying, "I definitely became more confident as a person just knowing there's challenges that if you put 150% into it, you can get far." She hopes to continue dancing, with Derek offering to be her "private teacher."
