After Eyewitness News first reported DNA evidence shows little Caylee Anthony is dead and was in the trunk of Casey's car, her bounty hunter told Eyewitness News Casey belongs behind bars. She More.. scheduled the visit minutes after Eyewitness News broke the story Wednesday that DNA evidence showed Caylee's dead body was in the trunk of Casey's car. "Do you think Casey killed Caylee?" WFTV reporter Daralene Jones asked bounty hunter Leonard Padilla. "Accidentally. I think there was an accident," he said. The Orange County Sheriff's Office is meeting with state attorneys to discuss the new evidence. Padilla said Casey Anthony is going back to jail. He said it won't be before Saturday, but sometime before Monday. "It'll be done before Monday. I can guarantee you it'll be done before Monday," Leonard Padilla told Eyewitness News on Thursday afternoon Casey Anthony arrived at her parent's house Thursday afternoon and a Dodge Caravan took her right into the garage. So far, the family has avoided questions about the real possibility Casey is going back to jail. Right on schedule, bounty hunter Leonard Padilla pulled out of the Anthony family driveway and drove Casey Anthony to a planned meeting with her attorney Thursday morning. A little more than five hours later, the same van brought her back. But Padilla told Eyewitness News the next stop for the mother of Caylee Anthony should be jail. "Surrender her back to custody is my recommendation," Padilla said Thursday (raw interview). Padilla said scientific results on evidence from the trunk of Casey Anthony's car have him convinced Caylee is dead. He said it's also sparked a new flurry of explicit death threats. "Kill the b****. Burn the b****. Fry the b****," Padilla described. Despite what Padilla called a "$50,000 hunch" that he could convince Casey to talk by bailing her out of jail, he now admits it hasn't worked and that tensions are running high between Casey and her parents at their home. "As far as you're concerned, she's going back to jail?" WFTV reporter Daralene Jones asked Padilla on Thursday morning "As far as I'm concerned, it has to be that way. Like I said, the safety issue," Padilla said. Grandmother Cindy Anthony remained defiant despite what now seems to be significant evidence that little Caylee is no longer alive. "Cindy did you want to say anything about the new developments?" WFTV reporter Daralene Jones asked Cindy on Thursday. "There is no new development," Cindy said. "They're saying now Caylee is dead," Jones told her. "No, they came and talked to me yesterday. Get the hell off my property," Cindy said. For the time being, bounty hunter Leonard Padilla is staying in his trailer outside the house, but once Casey's bond is revoked and she goes back to jail, Padilla said his involvement with the case will end and he'll head out of town. The process for revoking bond isn't common, but is considered fairly easy. According to the Orange County Corrections Department, the bail bond agency which holds the bond has the authority to take the defendant into their custody and return them to jail without doing any paperwork in advance; the bail bond agent would bring the defendant to the jail through the Booking and Release Center Sally port in the same manner as a law enforcement officer who has made an arrest.
