THE INVESTIGATION STARTED BACK IN APRIL WHEN BCSO DEPUTIES RESPONDED TO A 9- 1-1 HANGUP CALL AT MARTINEZ'S HOME. WHILE THERE THEY SAY THEY DISCOVERED NEARLY 300 VIDEO TAPES ...PORN TAPES..AND SOME OF THEM WITH MARTINEZ ENGAGED IN SEX ACTS WITH THE UNDERAGE VICTIM.
