A father from Brantford, Ontario Canada speaks out about his experience in Canada's family court system with Justice Edwards of the Brantford, Ontario family court. As with many other Canadian fathers, this father has not seen his children in many months and neither has the paternal grandmother of the children. As have many other citizens who have been involved in family court, this father describes how official court transcripts have been altered and that there were two sets of different transcripts for the same court hearing. He states that the judges intimidate and punish people they don't like, a common compaint heard from many before the Canadian family court system. Yet another example of the destruction of families and Canadian society by Canada's morallly corrupt family court system.

A segment of a candid interview with a father who tells about how court transcripts were altered at the court at 311 Jarvis St. in Toronto, Canada. The altering of official court transcripts seems to becoming more of a regular complaint from many families involved in the family court system. Justice Marvin Zuker of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice got caught altering transcripts and even though altering court transcripts would be considered as a violation of the Criminal Code of Canada, Justice Zuker served no time. This father's advice to all Canadians is to covertly audio record everyone involved in your family law matter - including your own lawyer. If you are involved in the family court system and want to help protect yourself, never leave home without your tape recorder on your person.

A highly respected and ethical lawyer has spoken to Court Watch on the subject of individuals recording their own court hearings in Ontario as is permitted under the Courts of Justice Act. This lawyer reports that he has seen too many transcripts altered which in his opinion is highly unethical and illegal. Court Watch has received many complaints from the people of Ontario about abuse by court workers in regards to recording their hearing. In order to lessen court corruption, it is highly recommended that citizens in Ontario take a recording device with them into court in order to record their own court hearing.

Ontario citizen stands up against Judge to demand his rights to record in court

A citizen describes how he stood up against an Ontario court judge and demanded (and was granted) his rights to record his court hearing as granted under Section 136 of Ontario's Courts of Justice Act. At first, the judge broke the law, but then later backed down, adjourned the court and allowed the citizen to go to a local mall and purchase an electronic recording device to bring back into the courtroom. The testimony of this citizen is a good example of what citizens can do when they decide to fight back against court tyranny and corruption.
