WE DO WANT TO WARN YOU RIGHT AWAY THAT MANY OF THE DETAILS ARE DISTURBING. ANIMAL CONTROL WAS ABLE TO PINPOINT EXACTLY HOW FAR THE PITBULL WAS DRAGGED---BY FOLLOWING THE BLOOD TRAIL. DRAG MARKS TELL THE SAD STORY. A ONE AND A HALF YEAR OLD PITBULL NAMED GOLIATH ---CHAINED TO THE BACK OF A TRUCK--- FRANTICALLY TRIED TO KEEP UP ON MEADOW LAKE ROAD. 'The dog probably ran for about seven tenths of a mile trying to keep up.' A VALIANT EFFORT BUT THERE WAS JUST NO WAY GOLIATH COULD KEEP UP TWO MORE MILES. 'It was an accident I didn't wish for it to happen.'SANCHEZ SAYS THE DOG WAS CHAINED TO THE TRUCK TO KEEP IT AWAY FROM AN ABANDONED PITBULL THE MEN TOOK IN.
