These is just a breif summary of the rise of insurgency of the NSCN ( NATIONAL SOCIALIST COUNCIL OF NAGALAND ) based in North-East, INDIA in the sub-continent of South- East Asia . There are about more than 50 insurgent Groups operating in only the North-Eastern part of INDIA . All of them are fighting for their own ideology and some of them are fighting for the same cause to Liberate free from mainland INDIA.NSCN was form a couples of decades ago but the confrontation and conflicts with INDIA starts around the early 50`s. This conflict is still going on and there is no hope to end this confrontation of conflict with the mainland INDIA in a very few decades of years in the coming future. The insurgency in North - East, INDIA is some how totally different from the Kashmir Issue between INDIA & PAKISTAN . But somehow there are some similarities in the tackling of the insurgency by the Indian Arm Forces. There is no doubt for violating the human rights by both the sides either by Indian Army or by some insurgent groups regardless of the differences in geographical location whether in KASHMIR or NORTH - EAST part of INDIA. Violating human rights, raping women and torturing the innocent common people is not a new tactics of the INDIAN ARMY. Moreover in this modern world there are lots of peoples and countries that doesn`t know what exactly is happening in this remote part of the mainland INDIA.I just want to speculate some Barbarians Acts which is still prevailing and used in these regions of North-East,INDIA . This ACT is known as the ` ARM FORCES SPECIAL POWER ACT ' inducted in 1958` & still surviving till now in only this part of the Country in INDIA. What does this ACT signify ! Let me give a breif about this ACT. (AFSPA). The Armed Forces (Special Powers) Act of 1958 (AFSPA) is one of the more draconian legislations that the Indian Parliament has passed in its 45 years of Parliamentary history. Under this Act, all security forces are given unrestricted and unaccounted power to carry out their operations, once an area is declared disturbed. Even a non-commissioned officer is granted the right to shoot to kill based on mere suspicion that it is necessary to do so in order to "maintain the public order''. The AFSPA gives the armed forces wide powers to shoot, arrest and search, all in the name of "aiding civil power." It was first applied to the North Eastern states of Assam and Manipur and was amended in 1972 to extend to all the seven states in the north- eastern region of India.Sometimes this ACT is misused by the ARMY & ARM FORCES for no specific reason and sometimes for the personal matters. Anyways ! It may be exciting & unbeleivable to know that this ACT is still surviving and operational in this remote area of INDIA specially in North Eastern States. Thousands of innocent civilians and mere suspect had been torture,murder,harass and killed in the name of Insurgency and for personal enmity,reasons & some behind the screen. There are more then multiple 100`s of persons which had been captured by army & security forces of the Government of INDIA and still now many of them are intraceable & lost in these regions. Many of the victims family doesn`t still know whether they are dead or alive. It`s an alarming and an inevitable unsolved crisis in dillema.!!!! ??? Who is responsible for this !!! From this point of view , it is one of the reason to spring up the insurgency in this volatile region !FACTIONALISMS among the `NSCN ` .Factions erupted in the NSCN in the late 1980`s due to differences in the Ideology and some internal reasons.The NSCN lead by Issac & Muivah came to be known as the NSCN - (IM) and the other leaded byMr. S.S. KHAPLANG came to be known as theNSCN - ( K ).Recently after two decades again the NSCN-( IM ) faces another huge drawbacks after some of the leaders and cadres of the previous (NSCN-IM) deserted them and form a new faction Group calledNSCN - ( U ) , { U - stands for UNIFICATION. } .Nevertheless, at last my conclusion of this real,raw,unedited footage is of a poor picture quality and I as a true iReport correspondent regrets for the poor quality clips. But I`m sure it is a very thrilling , awesome , fearsome and amazing footage of motion pictures taken in an instant of a realtime moment of around five minutes at a very fortunate precise moment somewhere in the jungles at the outskirts of Dimapur town, Nagaland, INDIA at a transit camp of NSCN - (U) by well armed Wing of around 20 NSCN - ( IM ) cadres.Without any protective gears of his own the footage provider had captured this clippings .I pray to almighty GOD in the true spirit of an iReporter/cnn to get incredible footage in the future also to let the World see what`s happening in this world of modern civilisation with hi-tech info technology as a global village .
