Report From Gaza - Norman Finkelstein

Norman Finkelstein was part of the delegation to Gaza organized by Code Pink delegatons in late May and early June, 2009. He joined four other delegation members at the Brecht Forum in New York on July 14, 2009 to report on their experience. Finkelstein, a world reknowned author, professor and activist spoke to the audience of his optimiism, that "we can do something practical to effect change.Maybe not to end the occupation, but to at least make significant inroads in ending the occupation." He spoke of the "most remarkable aspect of the Gaza massacre of December 2008-Jan 2009 is that for the first time there is an unprecedented consensus of International outrage at what happened.Professor Finkelstein has proposed a massive march of people from the U.S. and all over the world in Gaza at the end of December 2009. The march iproposal, enthusiastically taken up by individuals and the sponsoring organizatins of the Brecht Forum event will unite tens of thousands of foreign demonstrators with the people of Gaza in a massive movement against the illegal and inhuman Israeli siege and blockade of Gaza. that she helped organize. Their mission was to bring playground equipment to the children of Gaza and to break the Israeli siege and blockade that imprisons 1.5 million Palestinians.. One part of the delegation attempted to enter Gaza from Israel. They were denied entry. The other entered through the Rafah crossing in Egypt. On June 14th 5 members of the delegations reported their experience to a packed auditorium at the Brecht Forum in New York City. "What did I learn in Gaza," Gelan asks. "I learned that there is not cease fire in Gaza." Israel continues its bombardment Gaza and shooting its farmers and fishermen. A female honey badger who recently devoured a termite mine, fell asleep in the terminte mine, a lion pride venturing through trys to ambush her, she scares the lion away from the hole after being woke and goes on her way. This is the most fearless animal in the world, the lions don’t pursue her for good reason and are very cautious. Honey badgers chase lions off kills all the time. Even a male lion was once taken off a kill by a little honey badger. An it's been filmed 4 times That I know of, just not on youtube. Which is suprising that as many times as honey badgers have drove lions off kills nobody has uploaded on yet. Once 3 honey badgers drove 7 lions off a kill, and it was filmed. Well not only can a honey badger chase and drive lions off kills, they can defeat them in fights. You see there skin is thick as they come, very hard for the lion to a grip if the lions attack the badger, honey badger have even killed cape buffalos by biting them and them bleeding to death. This little monster even jumps on farmers livestock backs and kill thems, sadly there being poisoned by farmers for that reason. The honey badger the most fearless animal on earth, while the wolverine is the toughest on earth. In one case in 1972 a honey badger ripped the genitals off a nomad lion that sadly chose to attack the badger out of desparation for hunger, the honey badger goes for it's enemys genitals, and sadly for the lion, it lived up to it's reputation, the lion died from his injuries. So to the question can a honey badger kill a lion? Yes they can, they have very deadly jaws and claws, very thick protective skin, more so by far then a male lions mane. There skin is almost cant be pentrated. Just a couple of months ago a lion made an attempt to attack a honey badger, after the fight the lion was never seen again, honey badger lived.
