It is called muscle building in a rush because it only takes about 20 minutes of your time (3x per week) so that you can enjoy your holiday season and kick start 2009 with a killer body. Muscle Building In A Rush Workout Instructions: 8 sets of 4 reps Perform 1a, 1b, 1c back to back for 4 reps. Rest for 45-60 seconds and repeat again for a total of 8 sets (8 rounds). Perform each Muscle Building In A Rush workout routine 3x per week (i.e. Monday, Wednesday, Friday). Here is a blog-like posting that may not be much better than the accompanying video. There is a quote from my elementary school years and a quote from my mission years that have had an impact on what I do and how I think. We studied American History and Government in the Sixth Grade. My school was on an experimental program in which the 5th & 6th Grades were set up like the US government. We had a President & Vice President in the Executive Branch, a Supreme Court where students argued their guilt or innocence for violating school rules, and a Congress with a House and Senate instead of a Student Council. Each class was set up as a city. We chose our own city name. We threw the teacher off when we chose Transylvania, but since the name was chosen in a landslide election he did not suggest a recount or veto our decision. I suggested the name and was elected to the City Council and later as Mayor for my contributions. Each row was a street. I was on Vampire Vein Lane. Each row had a "street sign" on the front desk. One of the more artistic students in my row made a sign with lots of veins and bright red blood splotches. A few days later the Principal walked into our class and, without saying a word, tore up our street sign. Apparently one of the other teachers had complained. Our teacher excused himself and went with the Principal. We sat quietly in the class - we were actually quite serious about school, and that class did not have many goof offs. The teacher returned about ten minutes later, apologized that the Principal tore up our sign, and told us that we could keep the name of our street as long as the new sign was less visual. Ray's Efudex Treatment Video

So since I pretty much say it all in the vid, when I first looked around for other people using Efudex the pics freaked me out and I couldn't find any video. Though I was absolutely greatful for the pics and blogs I did find I just figured I may as well document my own little miserable mess so that the next person trying to see what happens can see what I went through. I'll update the date (below) of the last uploaded here so that you won't have to rewatch the whole thing to see if there's anything new. I've been pretty good about taping every couple days so, at least in theory a new one should go up every 2-3 days. Here's a bit I wanted to squeeze into the vid but it didn't make it: - Early inflammatory phase: During the first week of application, mild inflammation occurs - Inflammatory phase: During following weeks, redness and swelling occur with some crusting and burning. - Tumor disintegration phase: Lesions resolve as the skin exfoliates - Healing phase: Over 1 to 2 weeks, new skin grows into the treatment area. - Complete healing generally occurs within 2 months after treatment cessation.
