UP 4500 HP Baby Turbine hauling UPFE Consist meets 6000 HP EMD SD90 consisted with 2 SD90MAC43’s hauling coal at the entrance to a large yard on the CIRC layout during the 2009 Iowa State Fair in Des Moines. A lot of action takes place during the fair on the CIRC, 9 to 9 every day of the fair.
