Why does a 15 year old need a cell phone in the first place?

The fifteen year old didn't break any rules and quite simply was assaulted after displaying no intent to fight. In America we're allowed to defend ourselves. The mother never described the girl as "a handful", that was the language of the news person. To respect "elders" doesn't mean allowing felony assault by an elder. Paying bus drivers more will mean better paid assaulting felons. The driver should be prosecuted along with her daughter. The driver assaulted a minor! Jeez!

If you get into anyone personal space you get what you are asking for. That girl is lucky she didn't loose some teeth! If you don't want confrontation don't get into anyones face.

That 15 yr old should be made to walk to school. Typical little brat with no respect for her elders. just look at her mother sitting there saying how good her daughter is. She should be slapped around.

If they want better drivers they had better pay them. That girl is obviously a brat and should have been let off the bus. He body language says it all and the driver shouldn't have kept asking her questions. She had a cell phone and could have had her mother pick her up and drop her off at school. Her mother is doing a crappy job and says her daughter can sometimes be a handful. That translates to evil little brat.

Clearly the driver is at fault here... in fact we see Samantha puts her hands up showing that she was not being agressive when the driver starts to push her, and then her daughter jumps in and attacks Samantha as well. The 15 yr old has a RIGHT to get off of the bus, and the driver should have let her. Samantha would be correct to have the driver charged with 'imprisonment' for not letter her leave.

I think that a 15 year old child is not typically expected to act in a better behavior than a grown up. The grown up needs to contain hereself. Both were in the wrong, but one is an grown up and needs to conduct herself as so. *sorry for saying grown up instead of a more proper description of a person 18-21 plus that starts with an "A" apprently, that is "objectionable language" LOL
