3000K HID Bulb Flutter: Description

These are new 3000K HID Bulbs and Digital Ballests. If you look at the yellow beam you will notice they periodically will flutter/Flicker like a candle. I have tried hooking ballest directly to battery and tested with engine on and office to see if it’s alternator interference but either way it's the same. I noticed this issue as I was adjusting the beam against my garage door. The white beams are HID headlights with no issues. The 3000K are 880bulbs in the 880 round fog lights. ... New Project ...
