I live on Long Island and their is a sick place where the government makes sick animal experaments the place is called Plum Island.. its real look it up, I'm not a UFO wierdo , it off the north fork of Long Island, I'm certain these freaky creatures as coming from there

I said the Exact same thing! This looks like a Sea Turtle out of its shell.Look at the beak.I have turtles so i know exactly what they look like up close and personal and this my friends is exactly that.
