Update 3 - 4:42 PM: Via McQ, I read that the HuffPo has verified that BO was indeed in Chicago on the morning of 7-22-07. Doesnât mean he was at the church that morning, however, but the assertions by various writers/surrogates about him being in Miami that day were misleading, as they made it sound like he was there the entire day.

RE: candyxrose Ughh...So, Obama leaves at 12:00 CST (which is 1:00 pm EST in Miami). That means he would have arrive at O'Hara in Chicago (are you kidding me, the church is on the far southside of Chicago. That is a 45 minute drive even on a Sunday) and arrive at the airport in Miami and then speak! The source as already retracted the story!

RE: prwtlf The DNC decided not to have any candidates campaign in Florida on August 25, 2007, which is after July 22, 2007 in which his speech was in Florida. It's amazing at how bad people are trying to pin something on him and give McCain a free pass for hiring lobbyists to run his, taking a taxpayer paid trip to Iraq to use for his campaign, having a wife formerly addicted to painkillers, leaving his first wife, excluding Boeing for a European airline for one of his lobbyists, etc.

It's clear why Obama's supporters are the more educated. Candyxrose, why are you so concerned with whether he was in Miami or Chicago? Worry about education, the economy, healthcare. Those are things you should be concerned about. I'll bet my paycheck that you don't even do research on your own to find out if the information you are commenting on is correct or not.
