Gore has been sharing carries with former Alabama running back Glen Coffee and 25 year old Thomas Clayton in training camp, so it looks like some help might be on the way. Gore is one of the best RBs in the league, but his numbers have gone down in three consecutive seasons. He might not reach 2006 numbers next year (1,700 yds), but a good wind is blowing through San Francisco and Gore will be right in the middle of it.
