Randolph Clemens (Erik Jensen), a divorced man with sole custody of his child, seeks the firm’s help to obtain the right to clear his son's memory of his abusive mother through an antibiotic that can fix memories in the brain. Working on another case, Tom (Nestor Carbonell) and Lukas (Ioan Gruffudd) meet with Ray (Ravi Kapoor) and Isabel Cajon (Meera Simhan). A woman was driving on the smart freeway with a car full of Pixie Scouts and spotted the couple engaging in a sexual act and is now suing them. The Cajons explain that they never get time alone to be intimate and this was an opportunity. They didn't know anyone was watching. Lukas points out that if the Pixie Scouts driver had not reacted so obviously, none of the Scouts would have stretched up to window to take a look.
