For Eddie Ayers (Adam Taylor Gordon), the summer does not start well. Already having few friends and a troubled relationship with his father (Ed Begley Jr.), Eddie sinks to new lows when he is humiliated by the local bully at Bear Scout camp. Returning home, Eddie has no idea how his fortunes are about to change.
