Raw video:EUSTIS, Fla. -- A man caught on camera shocking a 15-year-old boy with a taser, just for fun, was a Eustis police officer and he did it after a night of drinking with kids. The investigation started with a rumor and that was verified when Eustis police collected electronic data from all of its issued tasers only to find Nesmith's had been fired on the night in question. He admitted to everything. "He readily admitted he was the one involved in the incident, he explained the circumstances, was embarrassed by his poor judgment and offered no excuses," the chief said. The police chief said the incident didn't happen in his jurisdiction, but he's turning hi...
