Donkey Calf Raises on Powertec Leverage Gym at www...

We have been training on the Powertec Leverage Gym for a while now and we are constantly playing around with different exercises. We do plenty of standing calf raises and after a bit of head scratching come up with a way to do donkey calf raises. Here is a video of Brad going through how to perform donkey calf raises on the Powertec Leverage Gym. You will need to purchase an Ironmaster Calf Block or make your own. Please be careful when performing this exercise and make sure you have your head and hands well out of the way.
