ET speaks to legal expert and author Herb Nass, who explains that settling David Carradine’s will is likely to be long and complex.  "It will be complicated -- David Carradine was survived by seven children and his fifth wife. None of his seven children are the child of that fifth wife, so inevitably there's going to be some complication," says Nass, who wrote the book Wills of the Rich and Famous. Nass says it's difficult to discern the exact value of Carradine's estate, but he estimates the late TV and movie star's assets are certainly in the multimillion-dollar range. "For a 72-year-old man, he was quite prolific and left a lot of survivors who will all want a piece of the 'Kung Fu' action," he says.
