Squats. The most effective leg workout out there (In my opinion). To do this exercise correctly, add a reasonable amount of weight to the bar. Than using your hands as a guide, find the center of the bar and get under it and place the bar just above your back at the point where when you stretch your back your trapezius form a sort of clevage in your back.
