HDNET MOVIES SNEAK PREVIEWS: FEATURE FILMS IN YOUR OWN HOME BEFORE THEY HIT TH...EATRES. Now, HDNet Movies gives viewers the inside scoop with “Sneak Previews: The Show.” Hosted by Robert Wilonsky this program goes behind-the-scenes of these first-run movies from HDNet Films with special clips, trailers and highlights. But “Sneak Previews: The Show” is not just about the trailers. Wilonsky also conducts in-depth interviews with the stars and directors of the movies and, “Sneak Previews: The Show” is the only place that viewers will see a number of specially created movie trailers - cut by the directors themselves. This debut episode of “Sneak Previews: The Show” features the controversial and critically acclaimed Redacted directed by Brian De Palma. Also featured in the debut episode are Flawless, a crime caper set in 1960’s London, it is a crime caper with the stellar cast of Demi Moore, Michael Caine and Lambert Wilson; Surf Wise the story of surfer “Doc” Paskowitz, a man who raised nine children in a trailer by the ocean in California; Gonzo: The Life and Work of Hunter S. Thompson, director Alex Gibney’s documentary interlaced with Thompson’s voice, writings and thoughts amidst those told by his numerous friends, detractors and fans and finally Quid Pro Quo, about a wheelchair-bound reporter for NPR who finds a disturbing story that confounds, challenges and changes him. Quid Pro Quo, is directed by Carlos Brooks and stars Nick Stahl and Vera Farmiga.
