How many ways can you build a flying saucer?

Sorry I left out vimanas and Bill Clendenon, let alone all the expired patents in the appendix to Electogravitics II by Thomas Valone. Part One of a Series How many ways can you build a flying saucer? I list the ways I think may work, but hopefully more will be discovered, and I might be wrong about a few of those I list (eg: the Hutchison effect may be the same method William Lyne documented as invented by Nikola Tesla); I don't know, but I'm hoping to learn more from anyone who does. This is the product of about four years of research. When I first heard of the Casimir Effect about four years ago, and began looking into non-conventional energy, I had no idea it would lead me here.
