"I Need Love" - Daylight for Deadeyes

Who doesn’t need love? That's the question the three members of the rock band Daylight for Deadeyes were asking themselves one day when they were all feeling a little down about being single. Their answer was a simple but meaningful song, "I Need Love."The guys—brothers Chris and Matt Gormley and bandmate Andy Neill—are all animal lovers and pet owners, so they quickly saw how the song connected to animals. "That's one thing we have in common with dogs, cats and other animals—we all need someone to love us, and someone to love," said Chris.The band offered their song to The HSUS in hopes it might be used to help pets in shelters.
