Ipod touch jailbreak 2gen for mac tiger/leopard

Step 1: Install LibUsb (choose your version) Tiger or Leopard Step 2: Put your iPod Touch 2g into DFU mode Step 3: Run Final Sn0w Step 4: Follow instructions in Final Sn0w If restoring with the Custom Restore.ipsw did not work (you get an error messege), then use Final Sn0w (for SLOW computers) instead. If you are still unsuccessful, try the other link, then still, then sorry. If you still don’t understand, follow this step 1: Download FinalSn0w and unextract 2: Inside youll find two files named Libusb Tiger and Libusb Leopard. Install the one that pertains to your copy of OS X 3: Put your iPod Touch into DFU mode 3a: DFU Mode - Attach your device to the MAC. Turn device off. Hold the Home and Power Button at the same time for 10 seconds EXACT. Release the Power Button until your computer recognized the device. Your screen will be blank, but iTunes will pop up showing your device. 4: Open Finalsn0w and click the Jailbreak button 5: Once youre prompted to restore in iTunes, Alt or Option key click on the Update button in iTunes.
