John Mclellan hails from Casper, Wyoming, a little town just north of Denver, Colorado (225.3 miles, to be exact). The lead singer and principal songwriter of the group, John wears an inexpensive pair of rose-colored aviator sunglasses that allow him to perceive the world in musical and poetic terms and bestow him with the ability to make a catchy song out of any everyday and/or awkward situation. While some aspiring musicians join bands to evade the dreaded 'real world' of 9-5 jobs and mortgage payments, John sees no difference between the two -- music is his real world.
