KA24E Knocking

I’m not entirely sure if its a valve, or lifter or rocker just yet. But I had timing chain work done since I broke a chain guide. It was never out of time but getting it back together and driving it a little I hear this. It idles fine, has decent acceleration response, it DID however loos a little bit of power.
