karla faye tucker
part two of documentary filmed in the weeks prior to her execution in 1998. yo...u might wonder why bother to put this up here but it still raises relevant arguments and it cant be found anywhere else on the net and anything that would potentially annoy bush if he knew has got to be good. although most folks wanted her sentence commuted, regardless of her conversion i agree with them but politics got in the way. i also dont believe she was treated fairly by the judicial system in the early stages. by the time of her execution there seemed to be quite a bit of blood lust coming out of texas from pro death penalty supporters, which suggests they enjoy killing themselves. although i am not entirely against the death penalty, there are some twisted people about, it was obvious in her case she was no threat to society. plus the flaws in the u.s. death penalty system have been proved too many times. too many, usually poor people have been convicted and later proved innocent. she failed to fall into any of the criteria for execution at the time. it seems she was used more to send out a message, one that didn't work, but didnt stop senator bush taking the white house and later mocking her pleas - tough on anything that doesn't affect the rise of captalism and the widening of the rich/poor divide. i'm no politician but i'd rather have her round me than bush or some of those lame students in part one with signs demanding her death and mocking it. if memory serves didnt u.s. students used to protest the government not support it, i guess the texas dollar was talking louder than ever. say it to yourself 'students for the death penalty', i guess, hitler had his youth movement, but it annoys me. by the way if your reading this you probably know the arguments and i've heard them all as well, so safe your breath.........i'd also like to point out that these videos though interesting do not give the full background story of events leading up to the deaths and the existing relationships between karla and the deceased. you'll have to dig for that....

I agree with the brother of the victim, that the execution of Karla Faye Tucker accomplished absolutely nothing. The Spirit of God was clearly all over Karla Faye as you heard her speak. What an awesome thing that the brother of the girl who was murdered, showed such forgiveness toward Karla Faye. The man even mentioned the fact that Karla Faye helped him in his walk with the Lord, and that she was an inspiration to him. Is that not the Spirit of Jesus Christ at work? WFW PA USA
