Show creator Jason Smilovic is taking a back seat in the day-to-day operations on the series starring Christian Slater as a middle-class suburban dad whose alter ego is a superspy. John Eisendrath, who serves as a co-executive producer on the show, is in negotiations to be elevated to executive producer/showrunner. Sources at NBC stress that Smilovic, who remains an executive producer on "Enemy," will continue to be the creative force behind the series and will navigate it with Eisendrath.
