LONDON JAPANESE, USA JAPANESE & KEW OCCASIONALS TRI-ANGULAR TOURNAMENT 11/25/2006 Katsuhiko Oku was one of two Japanese diplomats tragically killed in Iraq in November 2003. A graduate of Waseda University and Oxford University, he was a long standing member of the international committee of the Japan Rugby Football Union, and during his first spell in London in the early 1980's, a founder of London Japanese RFC. He was the first Japanese national to represent Oxford University's Blues XV and become a member of Vincents Club. He was also a member of Kew Occasionals RFC.
