Popping Water Bottle Caps

With a twist or two you can pop the cap off used water bottles. ( And put your eye out if not careful. ) The caps go amazingly fast, as the high speed camera shot demonstrates. An astonishing 125 MPH or about 75 meters a second withouth even trying. In one shot you see an amazing 8 second hang time! Also a fine example of adiabatic expansion forming a fine mist, like in a cloud chamber.
