Classic Hits is a nationwide radio station with a local breakfast show. Each Classic Hits station in each market has it's origins as a local station but in the nineties was rebranded as Classic Hits and later local shows were replaced with network shows based from Auckland with the exception of the breakfast were this is local in every market. Classic Hits however has always tried to fool listeners into thinking their programme is local and in 2006 these liners were played on Classic Hits stations. The ones shown are a sample of what was played on Southland's Classic Hits 98.8 ZAFM. All these liners were removed in 2008 when Classic Hits revoiced all their liners.
