5-12 (CNN) Powerful storms killed at least 21 people in the Midwest before swe...eping into the South Sunday, killing another in Georgia. Georgia Governor Sonny Perdue declared a state of emergency in six affected counties in the state. Nicole Lapin is in Ellenwood, Georgia, and surveyed the damage there.
