Juan Diaz (Alejandro Rey), a poverty-stricken Mexican who anticipates his own death, visits the local gravedigger (Frank Silvera) for the purpose of securing a grave. Although he is poor, Diaz agrees to pay the gravedigger enough money to rent a grave for two years. After that time, Diaz hopes his wife (Pina Pellicer) will be able to acquire enough money to continue paying the rent on the grave. Diaz fears that his body will be taken from the grave and displayed along with the other mummies that the gravedigger uses to show to tourists for a profit. Director: Norman Lloyd.
