The Blue Stuff (by Shiba Inu Sachi)

Shiba Inu Sachi is playing with the blue stuff. She received this as a gift from a friend in Japan, who is also a Shiba Inu owner. It is a bit hard to describe what this toy is. It is made of rubber, and there is a flashing thing inside, which flashes only for a few seconds.
