URTV Problems update Aug 4th 2009 (public remarks): Description

URTV remains in the public eye due to problems with the Board of Directors & the current Exective Director. From infomation obtained todate, URTV Board of Directors failed to give a public notice of their meeting in July. In this meeting they passed a their yearly budget were there was no members of the public was at this meeting. A new member of the Board advised that he was only aware of the Board meeting two days before. My opion is the Board violated "Open Board Meeting Laws of NC" . RB ...
