V2O sideview chef and students

V2O initiative: Chef Thomas, executive chef of USC, is doing weekly cooking demo/classes as a way to educate and empower students to eat healthier. The menu items being taught are adaptations from the various new menus around campus. They are vegetarian dishes; and even some vegan.
