well i work for wal mart now and some of the comments on here are true. how ever i know for a fact that the comment about only hireing part time is false, you have that mixed up with sears.we have a lo of people working in my store that are full time. also we have several people who got hurt on the job and are still woeking for them. so if you got fired for getting hurt they had other reasons to get rid of you. you probably gave them a bad time.

my sister has worked for WM full time with benefits for ten years. She has been very sick with PCKD for many years. She has had to miss alot of work for hospitalizations or just being sick. She has never had any problems with keeping her job. They have always treated her with kindness. I think it is certain WM managers that treat there employees wrong, not all of them. It is sad that some WM managers think they can bully there employees with threats of losing there jobs.

I agree with crystal01ma. I worked there too, and they only donate money to cover up all of the lousy ways they treat their employees!

Are there no women in the higher leagues of Walmart? Where are their drag suits. Having fun is no big deal as long as there are rules to it that keep it all fun and not offencive. HOWEVER. . . Not only do other companies like Costco deliver enourmouse amounts of money to charities around the world no ask why walmart offers low wages/no medical benifits,"it creates insentive for the employee's to better them selves and work their way into better positions" Their CEO make plenty
