Bal easily wins 200-meter backstroke: Description

Randall Bal conquered another event at the World Cup in Durban, South Africa in the men's 200-meter backstroke. With a quick jump out, Bal took the lead early and was the only swimmer to set a sub-27 50-meter mark.
