okay so please answer this as soon as possible i wna start the drink thing okay so u get 16 ounces of water, cranberry juice, and lemon juice and just mix and u eat lightly for 7 days? because my dandelion root tea bag box says only add this to maximum 6 OUNCES! so i dont know what to do. is it 16 or 60 ounces? let me know =[
Is it only 16oz? I keep hearing 60oz...can someone tell me which one it is? I thought 60oz was a little too much but it's no problem for me since I drink 4-5 water bottles a day. But still, I want to make sure. Although viiciizzlex34 said so I think more than one person confirming it will be better.
Sixty oz of water is a lot for only one teabag but Im going to try it. Honeybun, drink this in place of your daily water intake with a well balanced diet. The point is to flush the water weight from your system. If you didnt eat anything for 7 days, you would lose a lot more than 5 pounds! Ohh dont we wish! lol Good luck!
